Milwaukee Double T Parking Garage

The parking garage at the Tosa Center Medical Clinic experienced failed welds of the 3.5" JVI flanges, which is a common occurrence in Double T structures. The 10ft spans had a total of 225 failed locations.

Each location was repaired using Fortress Double T "Horseshoe" anchors. The Double T anchors were installed in about 10 minutes each and were tested to show no movement following installation.

The parking garage deck was also repaired using 4 tow Carbon Fiber/Kevlar® ReGrid (extended length Crack Stitches), followed by a complete new deck coating and seam repair.
